Richland Newhope Industries, Inc., centrally located in Mansfield, Ohio, employs individuals with disabilities, supplying quality goods and services to business, industry and government since 1963, serving nearly 200 local and out of state customers.

Industrial Services specializes in Document Management, electronically scanning and microfilming a myriad of critical records. Manufacturing supplies pallets, shipping bases, stakes, as well as providing ISPM 15 certified heat treatment services for international shipments. Subcontract services includes document destruction, packaging, assembly, mailing, outsourced and fulfillment services.

 
 

Community Services provides complete grounds keeping and custodial services to local businesses, agencies, churches and residential customers. Community Services also assists and supports job seekers in obtaining employment and can provide on site job training to meet the employer’s standards. The Project SEARCH program is also a part of Community Services, preparing students and young adults under the age of 25 for employment.

Activities and Supports for individuals with disabilities offers a wide variety of services, including intake, nursing and counseling services. Recreation consists of in-house and community activities including social groups, exercise, skills training and integration into community events and activities. People First, a group of self advocates, teaches individuals how to take responsibility of their lives and speak up for themselves.

The Personal and Social Services department provides intense programming focusing on daily living skills, sensory stimulation and socialization skills designed to enhance individual needs and help them achieve their goals and desires.
