Intake - In order to receive Adult Services from the Richland County Board of MR/DD, you must:

- Live in Richland County.
- You must be 16 years of age or older.
- Have a Developmental Disability;
This Developmental Disability must have occurred on or before your 22nd birthday; AND
This Developmental Disability is expected to continue throughout your entire life.
- Have been determined eligible by the Richland County Board of MR/DD;
OR
- Been referred by Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation or Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired (this is referred to as Fee for Service).
