The Manufacturing division produces hardwood pallets, kiln dried pallets, shipping bases, surveyor stakes, tomato stakes, tree stakes, exotic lumber and hardwood molding.
Our manufacturing division is equipped with over 15,000 square feet of production space with compressed air lines and equipment including a pallet assembly machine, molding machine, drill presses, pallet storage racks, 4-way entry notcher and re-saw. We are also equipped with our own kiln to heat treat pallets to ISPM-15 standards, along with a dust collection system to remove wood dust and particles.
We operate two shifts to provide our customers with quality finished product in a timely manner, built to their specifications. We service a wide variety of customers and industries, some of which are Gorman-Rupp, Shiloh Industries, Milark, Crane (CRPL) and FE Myers. |
