RNI Inc. Employer Spotlight! 11/7/19

Kroger is an excellent example of how a supportive environment can help their employees thrive! Today, Kroger took some time to recognize the hard work and dedication of a few valued members of their team. Richland Newhope Industries is proud of the natural supports given by Ashland Road Kroger. They currently employee 5 individuals who receive support from RNI, INC. Jimmy B. has been employed at Kroger for 22 years. His manager shared a story about receiving a customer comment card asking about their shopping experience and the only thing written on the card was "Jimmy." Enough said! Sam M. has been with the company for 10 years and is excellent at providing customer service. Caitlin F. has worked her way up from Courtesy Clerk to Cashier in the 5 years she has been employed at Kroger. Valerie H. transferred to Ashland Road Kroger about a year ago, but has been with the company for 11 years. Chloe A. is the newest addition to the Kroger crew, but she is already part of the family!
