Our Integrated Employment program assists individuals through a variety of services in preparation for employment. Individuals participate in a range of opportunities including but not limited to: employability classes, drivers permit training, customized employment, job readiness training, benefit analysis, self-employment planning launch, career discovery, job development, job coaching, follow-up services, and career exploration.
Individuals are currently being trained and equipped for work in medical, hospitality, adult care, retail, food service, and manufacturing industries in Richland, Crawford, and surrounding counties.
Students with disabilities who have completed all educational requirements but have deferred their diploma for one year may be eligible for our workforce development program in partnership with Pioneer Career and Technology Center.
RNI, Inc. works with developmentally disabled adults to develop the skills needed for day-to-day life. Our staff helps each person pursue their personal interests, dreams, hobbies, and core skills by developing a plan and working with them to execute that plan.

A seniors group is available for adults aged 55 and older.
RNI, Inc. provides transportation to and from all RNI, Inc. locations as well as community employment sites. Our transportation fleet of 14 vehicles provides safe, reliable, and efficient transportation throughout Richland, Crawford, and Ashland counties via four buses and nine vans. With over 140 years of combined driving experience, our caring family of transportation drivers and aides will ensure you get where you need to go safely and comfortably.
