As a Maintenance Technician at Richland Newhope Industries, Inc., using your skills and problem-solving abilities to
maintain equipment, complete repairs, and keep our facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Primary Function of Maintenance Technician:
Richland Newhope Industries, Inc. (RNI, Inc.) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician that is dependable and skilled
Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities. This position is responsible for
performing preventative maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe, reliable, and
efficient operations. Duties may include servicing equipment, replacing worn or damaged parts, responding to facility
maintenance and safety concerns, maintaining work orders and inspection records, and assisting with maintenance and
improvement projects. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with seasonal and exterior facility maintenance,
including grounds upkeep and snow and ice removal. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong
mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to safely use hand and power tools. Starting wage $16.75 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be able to stand, lift, bend, stoop, climb, and carry materials or products as required. Candidates must
follow all safety rules and regulations, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and properly use tools, equipment,
and chemicals. Experience servicing lawn equipment, performing small engine repair, and maintaining or repairing building,
mechanical, or electronic equipment is preferred. Experience operating a tow motor is a plus but not required. Must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must hold a valid Ohio Driver’s License and be insurable.
